I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my 12-night stay at this hotel. From the very first day, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The entire team was consistently professional, kind, and always willing to help, making my stay truly pleasant and comfortable. I've been staying here for awhile for work. The staff if really nice to me, and they make sure I have everything I need. I want to give a shout-out to concierge Aysha. She retrieved a boom for me last week to help me clear the snow off my car. She always greets guests with a smile, and makes everyone feel welcome. She should definitely get a raise! :) P.s. Sorry to any staff members whom I didn't recall their names. Everyone has been so welcoming, and they are all on top of everything!

Good hotel - new and clean. Our Roku stick worked in the TV with zero problems. They had cheese omelettes at breakfast, which I really like, and it seems fewer and fewer HIEs have these days. The employees were friendly. Just a really good stay.

This is a great location, right next door to Meijer and shopping centers. It’s also surrounded by restaurants. The customer service was nice and the rooms were really spacious.

My stay here was excellent. The room was very spacious and spotless, and there was plenty of parking available. The amenities were impressive—there’s a great workout room, a nice pool, and more than enough towels. I forgot a few essentials (toothpaste, razor, shaving cream), so I called the front desk. Within minutes, a very polite young man delivered everything to my door with a smile. That kind of service really stood out. On top of that, they even allowed us to check in 2.5 hours early, which made things so much easier. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. Clean, convenient, welcoming, and great staff. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a great hotel located close to our robotics competition. It was clean and well kept. I have to say Aysha went above and beyond for our stay! They are lucky to have such a wonderful member of their staff greeting the guests. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

Scotty is amazing! He represents the IHG brand so well. He went above and beyond to get us the rooms we needed- a handicap accessible room for an 87 year old man with a walker, and a room for us. We first had a room at a Holiday Room in Spring Lake. Their hotel was DIRTY (hallways had dirt all over the floors), plus the only accessible room they had was hearing accessible. A family member had booked both rooms for us with my father in law’s points, and Scotty went above and beyond to figure out the IHG number, so , hopefully, we can recover those points. Anyway, Scotty is a rock star, and I felt the need to share that.
